Learning to fish in the PA Wilds

Fishing has become a new hobby for my husband and I and our three kids. We go almost every evening and have so much fun casting our lines in and hoping for the best. At first, I will admit I was not sure if I would like fishing but after catching my first rainbow trout and feeling the adrenaline that comes with having a fish on the line—I am hooked! Since we live right within the Allegheny National Forest we have fished all locally. We mostly go to twin lakes, a small kid only pond in Hazelhurt, the reservoir at Red Bridge, and at wildcat park. We plan to expand our fishing area wider this year and are excited for the adventures to come.
