Blueberry picking in the PA Wilds

Over the last few years we have been blueberry picking every year off of Old Mill Rd in Kane. Each year we yield several pounds of blueberries which we freeze. I do not know yet what to do with all of the blueberries so would love suggestions. Jelly? Wine?
