Adopting a stray kitten found in the PA Wilds

Our very first kitten was found in the Allegheny National Forest and was fostered by our friends. I had never had cats before so adopting one was a HUGE risk. I kept worrying if any of our kids would be allergic or if I would be allergic and not know I was….well it turns out everyone was just fine. We named our sweet Tabby kitten Hazel because we thought it was a girl however we soon found out he was a boy so renamed him Hazelton. Hazelton is so cuddly, easygoing and sweet although he was a stray.
